Special Conditions: A COMPULSORY clarification meeting will be held at 10:00, on Thursday, 2023-07-06, at Ottawa Community Hall, 51 Maharaj Road, Ottawa, Verulam GPS Co-ordinates: 29°40’14.38”S, 31°01’58.48”E after which all tenderers will proceed to the site GPS Co-ordinates: 29°44’19.22”S, 30°56’30.67”E for a brief site visit inspection. The doors to the compulsory clarification meeting will be closed at 10:15 and no tenderers will be allowed to enter the venue thereafter. Bidders are requested to submit email queries related to the bid. All email queries are to be submitted by 2023-07-06.
