Special Conditions: SUBSEQUENT SITE-SPECIFIC MEETINGS WILL BE HELD AT THE SITES STIPULATED IN THIS CONTRACT. NB: FAILURE TO ATTEND THE CLARIFICATION MEETING WILL INVALIDATE YOUR BID. NO LATE COMING WILL BE TOLERATED FOR THE SITE MEETING.
