Special Conditions: Only bidders who can provide proof of manufacturing or an existing agreement with a manufacturer for the supply of refuse bags are eligible to bid. If the Municipality is unable to verify the manufacturing agreement with the said manufacturer, then the agreement will NOT be accepted and the bid found NON-RESPONSIVE.
