Special Conditions: A non-compulsory pre-proposal RFP briefing will be conducted on Microsoft Teams on the 18 February 2025, at 10:00 am for a period of ± 2 hours. Bidders are required to confirm their attendance and to send their contact details including the number of representatives (where applicable) to the following email address: ngimphiwe.mathenjwa@transnet.net. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late
