Special Conditions: All documents must be ordered at least 3 days in advance, and printed proof of payment must be handed to CMB when the document is collected. No document will be released without proof of payment, and CMB will not accept any payment. Tender documents are available at a non-refundable deposit of R650.00 each from the offices of Consulting Engineers, Clinkscales Maughan-Brown (CMB) at 39 Victoria Street, George, Tel No. 044 874 1511. Payment must be made into the Municipality’s bank account and the proof e-mailed to cmb@cmbgeorge.co.za:
