Special Conditions: COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION SCHEDULED FOR 22 OCTOBER 2024 AT THE SMALL BENNIE DE WET LECTURE THEATRE, E FLOOR, E-49-36, OLD MAIN BUILDING, GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL, OBSERVATORY STARTING AT 11H00 SHARP. BIDDERS ARRIVING AFTER 11H00 WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE MEETING VENUE. DOORS WILL BE CLOSED.
