The bid documents must be downloaded or purchased and collected prior to the starting time of the Pre-tender briefing meeting. No bid documents will be issued at the Pre-Tender briefing meeting and no site inspection meeting certifies will be issued at the pre-tender briefing meeting. 3. Bidders who the pre-Tender Briefing Meeting attend without a bid document will not be allowed to the briefing meeting. 4.No late arrivals will be admitted to the briefing meeting.
