Stage Two as per CIDB: Eligibility Criteria Schedule - CIDB Registration of 3SI or higher. Stage Three: Pre-qualification Eligibility Criteria Schedule – • Tenderers must submit a valid Letter of Good Standing from the Department of labour. • The Lift Inspector must have a valid ECSA Lifting Machinery Inspector certificate.
