Special Conditions: Failure to attend the scheduled compulsory briefing session will lead to immediate disqualification and the bidder’s response will not be considered. The DoJ&CD will administer an attendance register. Only service providers accredited on SITA RFB 2003/2014 transversa contract will be considered for evaluation.
