Description: THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CHICKEN THIGHS, CHICKEN BREASTS AND CHICKEN STEAKLETS TO BE USED IN THE CATERING DEPARTMENT AT GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS, WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT FOR AN ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR, SUBJECT TO SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE AND DEPARTMENT PRESCRIPTS, AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE DEPARTMENT.
