Description: CORPORATE OFFICE CLEANING SERVICES FOR TRANSNET NATIONAL PORTS AUTHORITY BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES AT THE NELSON MANDELA BAY (NMB) PORTS (NGQURA AND PORT ELIZABETH) FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY-SIX (36) MONTHS

Location: NMB Ports-Ngqura and Central-Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth)-6000

Special Conditions: There will be TWO Compulsory site meetings held online. The first one will be held on 19 June 2024 @ 10h00 via MS Teams and the second one will be on 20 June 2024 @ 10h00 via MS Teams . PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA: 1. VALID REGISTRATION WITH THE NATIONAL CONTRACT CLEANING ASSOCIATION (NCCA) OR BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT CLEANING ASSOCIATION (BEECA) CLEANING ASSOCIATION 2. VALID LETTER OF GOOD STANDING THAT IS ALIGNED TO THE SERVICES REQUIRED IE: CLEANING SERVICES
