In the event of negotiations, the process must be concluded within (10) days with the preferred bidder. o ECLB reserves the right to cancel this bid and pursue an alternative course of action at any time without incurring any liability towards any bidder. o Bidders are advised that submission of bids gives rise to no contractual obligations on the part of ECLB.
