Special Conditions: Joint Ventures who satisfy the criteria stated in the bid data, are also eligible to bid. The Supply Chain Management Policy will apply and the proposals will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 points system as set out in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) read with PPPF Regulation 2022.
