Unaudited financial statements will be NOT considered in this bid. FUNCTIONALITY CRITERIA UNDER FINANCIAL CAPACITY The bidder must provide the latest audited financial statements as presented by an independent auditor. The audited financial statement indicating below ratios: Current Ratios: Current Assets/Current Liabilities • 2+ = 15 points • 1,25 + to 1,9 = 10 points • 1,25 = 5 points
