Description: INSPECTION, RE-CERTIFICATION WHERE REQUIRED AND TESTING OF PRESSURE EQUIPMENT AT VARIOUS FACILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS: WESTERN CAPE GOVERNMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LATEST REVISION OF THE OHS ACT, 1993 FOR A THREE (3) YEAR PERIOD WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR AN ADDITIONAL TWO (2) YEARS BASED ON THE CONTRACTORS PERFORMANCE.
