Description: PROVISION OF SURVEYING SERVICES AT TOUWSRIVIER BRIDGE AND SURROUNDING AREAS TO INVESTIGATE FLOODING FOR A PERIOD OF 2 MONTHS - Bidders are required to ensure that electronic bid submissions are done at least a day before the closing date to prevent issues which they may encounter due to their internet speed, bandwidth or the size of the number of uploads they are submitting. Transnet will not be held liable for any challenges experienced by bidders as a result of the technical challenges. Please do not wait for the last hour to submit. A Bidder can upload 30mb per upload and multiple uploads are permitted

Special Conditions: A compulsory pre-proposal site briefing will be conducted in TOUWSRIVIER and Bidders are to meet at TOUWSRIVIER BRIDGE on the 19 September 2023, at 11:30 am for a period of ± 1 ½ hours. [Respondents to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late.
