Special Conditions: Pre-qualification criteria as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017:0 Tenderer's will be required in accordance to regulation n 4(1)(c)(i) to subcontract a minimum of 30% to an EME which is 51% owned by black people. The stipulated minimum threshold(s) for local production and content (refer to ANNEXURE A of SATS 1286:2011) for this bid are enclosed in the tender document, MBD 6.2 Declaration of Local Content.
