Description: TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS TO CONDUCT RESEARCH FOR THE OUTSTANDING LAND CLAIMS FOR THE COMMISSION ON RESTITUTION OF LAND RIGHTS FOR THE EASTERN CAPE, IN TERMS OF THE RESTITUTION OF LAND RIGHTS ACT, 1994 (ACT NO. 22 OF 1994) FOR A PERIOD OF 18 MONTHS.
