Special Conditions: It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading of 3EP. Preferences are offered to tenderers who are Grade 3 EP or higher. Only tenderers who have B-BBEE status level of 4 or better and meet the stipulated minimum threshold(s) for local production and content as contained in the bid document are eligible to submit tenders.
