Special Conditions: Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4 and who is an EME or a QSE are eligible to tender. It is a requirement of this project that the tenderer sub-contract a minimum of thirty percent (30%) (of the work to Targeted Enterprise(s) as defined in the Contract Data. , unless the tenderer is an EME or QSE with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1 or 2, in which case there are no sub-contracting requirements.
