Special Conditions: 1. When you come submit proposals there will be security at the gate which will take your temperature and also register your vehicle before you enter. Please ensure that you arrive on time as we will not accept any proposals after the closing time. If you arrive at the gate before 11:00 but at the tender box after 11:00 we will not accept the document. 2. Please drop your proposals at the SANSA Reception at the Enterprise Building
