Special conditions: 2.1 A Certificate of Attendance in the form set out in Section 10 hereto must be completed and submitted with your Proposal as proof of attendance is required for a compulsory site meeting and/or RFP brief-ing. 2.2 Respondents failing to attend the compulsory RFP briefing will be disqualified. 2.3 Respondents are encouraged to bring a copy of the RFP to the site meeting and RFP briefing. 2.4 Respondents to have safety boots, overalls and hardhat as well as their IDs for induction.
