Special conditions: Only tenderers that satisfy the eligibility criteria stipulated in clause C.2.1 of Tender Data are eligible to have their tenders considered. Tenders must have a minimum CIDB contractor grading designation of 9CE. Only tenderers who comply with functionality criteria for experience of key persons, company past performance in Complex Road projects, ie Upgrade/Rehabilitation/Reseal as stated in the Tender Data, are eligible to be considered for further evaluation. A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will be held at the Department of Transport Regional Office's Main Boardroom, 1 Woodlands Road, Pietermaritzburg, 3201 on Wednesday 11 December 2024 starting at 10am.
