Special conditions: Please refer to the attachment AdvertCONDITIONS OF BID AWARD This quotation will be awarded as per areas: namely Midlands Area, Durban Area, and Zululand Area. For compulsory briefing sessions - Bidders must attend all the briefing on sub area e.g. Durban areas, Kenneth Stainbank and Westville office. Service provider must ensure that during a briefing session, the attendance register is signed for each sub area. Failure to sign the attendance will result in the bid being disqualified.
