Description: THE APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING ENGINEERS TO ASSIST THE DEPARTMENT IN CONDUCTING THE FEASIBILITY STUDY, DEVELOPING DESIGNS AND MONITORING CONSTRUCTION FOR MULTI- DISCIPLINARY INFRASTRUCTURE (PROJECTS) AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS IN VARIOUS DISTRICT MUNICIPALITIES WITHIN KWAZULU-NATAL

Special conditions: The Supply Chain Management Policy will apply, and the proposals will be evaluated in terms of the 90/10 points system as set out in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) read with PPPF Regulation 2022.. Documents will be ready for collection as from 14h00 on 12 November 2024 at 11h00am and thereafter between 08h00- 12h30 and 13h15 to 15h30, Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Documents will be available at the compulsory briefing session, only if prior arrangements have been made. Telegraphic, e-mailed, telefaxed or faxed proposals will not be considered and late proposals will not be accepted. The Department does not bind itself to accept the lowest proposal
