Special conditions: To be noted that All RFB’s (Request for Bids) must be submitted in a hard copy in a SEALED envelope, for identification purposes bidders are requested to ensure that the sealed envelopes containing the company’s name and ALL bids must be clearly marked and are easily identifiable by a FULL description and tender/contract number: as it is advertised on the face of the envelope. NB: Bid documents will then be made available for the RFB (Request for Bids), as described above.
