A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 17 October 2024 at 12h00 at Paarl Library Hall, Ground Floor, 1 Market Street, Paarl, GPS coordinates: 33˚44’19.9”S 18˚57’47.2”E. Bidders that fail to attend the compulsory clarification meeting will be disqualified. A representative may only represent one tenderer at this meeting. Bidders that arrive after the starting time will be disqualified.
