Special conditions: Bids will be evaluated in one (1) stage:Financial Proposals (Stage) for the purchase of single residential properties in Utrecht, White City and Bensdorp vacant sites. Bid documents are obtainable from 26 August – 23 September 2024, at Emadlangeni Municipality cashier’s desk at a non-refundable fee of R300-00 at 34 Voor Street, Utrecht, 2980. Bid documents can also be downloaded in the municipal website (www.emadlangeni.gov.za) and on e-tenders at no charge. Completed bid documents in sealed envelopes must be deposited in the Municipality’s tender box located at the reception of the municipality on or before the closing date at 12h00 pm, whereby bids will be opened to the public.
