Special conditions: Bidders to meet Eligibility Criteria:Valid CIDB grade 4EP and above and COID;Key Person (Project Manager) with NQF Level 5 or higher in Project Management, OR Electrical Line Construction Certificate , OR NQF Level 5 or higher Quality management , and experience of Five (5) years in the electricity field; three (3) contactable client references for the electrical MV (Medium Voltage ) underground cable and overhead line construction projects and maintenance projects undertaken in the last ten (10) years SPECIFIC GOALS: EME OR QSE which is at least 51% Black owned = 15 Points; Local enterprise = 5 Points
