Special conditions: It is estimated that tenderers will need a grading designation of 3ME or higher. Failure to provide proof of the above particulars may render the bid invalid. A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 3 April 2023 at 12h00 at Drakenstein Library conference room, Ground floor, 1 Market Street. Bidders that fail to attend the compulsory clarification meeting will be disqualified. Failure from the tenderer to meet the required minimum bank rating (minimum acceptable rating for this project: bank rating C), and providing proof thereof, may render the tenderer non-responsive. A Bank letter clearly indicating the bidders bank rating must be submitted, it should be specific for this project and not older than 30 days.
