Special conditions: It is estimated that the Contractor should have a CIDB grading designation of 4ME or higher. A prerequisite of 80% exists for Functionality, in order to be further evaluated. The evaluation of this bid will be subjected to functionality scoring. Tenderers must achieve a minimum functionality score of 80 out of 100 points for functionality in order to be evaluated further. The functionality criteria and weighting are set out in the tender document. Pre-evaluation criteria and weight: 1. Company (or JV) General Experience carrying a weight of 30 points 2. Company (or JV) Specific Experience carrying a weight of 55 points 3. Key Staff and Personnel carrying a weight of 15 points
