Special conditions: The Bid documents may be collected from Wednesday, 1 October 2025, during the following hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 to 16h00. Documents will be available or issued at the Briefing Session for those prospective bidders who have pre-booked and provided a Proof of Payment prior to the date of the compulsory clarification meeting to the SCM official, Mr Mzubanzi Mntumni and no later than 24 hours before the tender clarification meeting is to be held A non-refundable tender deposit of R 200.00 (Two Hundred Rand) per set of documents, payable by EFT.
