Special conditions: Bidders that are interested in attending the compulsory briefing must send an e-mail to Buhle.Cetywa@transnet.net supported by a copy of the Identity Document (ID) of their representative/s to arrange Permits to gain entry to the Port. All e-mails must be sent no later than 25 September 2025 at 16:00 to allow sufficient time for the Permit Office to prepare the e-Permits. Tenderers are required to bring this Returnable Schedule T2.2-01 to the Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting to be signed by the Employer’s Representative.
