Special conditions: Please take note that there has been adjustment made in respect of the compulsory clarification meeting as advertised. Below are the correct details of the clarification meeting: VENUE: Klaarstroom Community Hall, Bloekom Street, Klaarstroom, 6932 DATE: 25 September 2025 TIME: 08h30 Notes: 1. The clarification meeting will commence in Klaarstroom, thereafter bidders will proceed to the respective towns of Prince Albert and Leeu-Gamka. 2. Bidders must attend the clarification meeting and inspection at all three (3) towns in order to be eligible to submit a tender.
