Special conditions: Because this is a NPK site bidders need to note the below: • Bidder needs to complete “Annexure A Sentech NKP Site Visit Indemnity Form” and return it to Sentech at Quotations5@sentech.co.za before coming to site • Bidder needs to complete the “Annexure B Sentech NKP Visit Request Form” and returned to Sentech at Quotations5@sentech.co.za before coming to site • A valid certified copy of a Police clearance certificate (PCC) needs to be attached and returned to Sentech at Quotations5@sentech.co.za before coming to site • A form for every person of the construction team that will visit the site needs to be completed. • A compulsory site visit will be scheduled and communicated to complying bidders.
