Special conditions: PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW TECHNICAL PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: • CIDB GRADING OF 3GB OR HIGHER AS A GENERAL BUILDING (GB) CONTRACTOR. • TENDERERS MUST SUBMIT A CERTIFICATE AS A REGISTERED ASBESTOS CONTRACTOR ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR (DOL). • TENDERERS MUST SUBMIT A MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) CERTIFICATES OF ASBESTOS HANDLING PERSONNEL, INCLUDING THE SUPERVISOR.
