Special conditions: This tender will be evaluated on functionality: minimum functionality to be deemed responsive : 70 points, the 80/20 point system will be used, where 80=price and 20=specific goals; women=5, youth=5, disability=5 and military veterans=5 points in accordance with the PPR 2022.
