Bidders who are purchasing documents from the Department will be provided with a memory stick with the BOQ which must be completed and returned together with their Bid at time of close of bid. The project will involve CIDB Build Program, therefore the Bidder must comply as per (Gazette No 48491, 28 April 2023) .
