Special conditions: Pre-qualification criteria 25.1 The following pre-qualification criteria is applicable to this bid: 25.1.1 It is required that the accommodation offered must comply with the National Building Regulations and the requirements of the Occupation Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act 85 of 1993), as amended. A certificate to this effect must be submitted, or proof of application thereof. 25.2 Bidders who do not meet any of the mandatory pre-qualification criteria stipulated in paragraph 25.1 of the bid documents will be disqualified from further evaluation.
