Special conditions: 1. CSD registration report not older than 30 DAYS and must reflect a compliant tax status. 2. CIDB 2SF or higher 3. Detailed pricing schedule/quotation inclusive of VAT. 4. Profile with only five (5) written reference letters (not older than ten (10) years) relevant to the scope of work. 5. Experience in installation of acoustic fire doors in theatres or cinemas or similar venues. 6. Provide SABS test report as per SANS 1253: 2003 Fire doors and fire shutters. 7. Provide certification of doors on completion of the installation. 8. BEE Certificate or affidavit. 9.
