Special conditions: 6. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS NB: None compliance to the above-mentioned requirement(s) will lead to the disqualification of the service provider/s: 6.1. Only the service provider/s who are authorised by the software owner, Altron, as resellers or providers of signinghub software services will be accepted. 6.2. Service providers must provide a written a written proof that they are a reseller or provider for Signinghub software services. MISA may at its discretion verify details contained in the letters. 7. RATIONALE OF THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS MISA wants to ensure that the appointed service provider has the requisite authorisation, relationship and backing with Altron as the software owner.
